Kinf of the roads baby!
Gives them 12fwds under contract when Lafferty signed, counting Nazar and Slaggert. Sanford and Guttman could fill a 13-14 roster spot or, but need cap used, seems likely a top6 guy in some form brought in with a shorter term vet or a younger one maybe longer term. 9d and 3 g so between Nhl and Ahl more coming there. See a goalie invited to development camp, was drafted by Sharks but not signed and ufa now.
Only Crevier and Philips got qos, no fwds Roos or Stauber all ufas.
Surprised no deal with Lafferty yet announced, probably KD will want to use up at least another 12-15m yet in capspace. A goalie if signed at a higher hit than Sodetblom could use up a little along with Lafferty. Likely another top 6 forward, top 4 dman and maybe depth skaters to come yet
Philips got a qo, RJ, Entwistle and Raddysh didn’t ufas, no word on Anderson, Crevier, Roos pr Stauber yet, Teply also.
Couple of ex Blackhawks, Boqvist being bought out and A. Nylander no QO.
TOR keeping domi and trading for kadri instead of barboozy.
What’s up with mcgroady. Something like a 15-20th. How about the 27 or 28 draft 1st that should be right in the wheelhouse of a 15-20th pick.
That’s a fair trade right.

Do not for 25 season
Do 26 season
Once we get two lines with nhl established players even though bedard will go agains to the teams top pair choking lines. And that will only make him better.
Thought it when bedard goes nuts with the upside that’s it it’s game on.
Even before we have a full roster. Then we get our Hoss.
Will say this I do it expect it for 25 season though when bedard goes nuts and nazar Moore get established we are going to F ing take off right to 4/5 seed from where ever we are 5-15th pick.
Sure. Although winning 10 more games is 20 points and we were something -25 under .500 so that something around -5 under .500 which is prob 4 5 6 spot.
Maybe we win more than 10. Maybe other teams drop into bottom teams that went there. Also some bottom teams looks to stay ahead of us ARI CLB maybe.
Those things are there even with us being much better. I donot think we do a DET and be in 6/7 seed spot while season and then run out of gas and end up 15th.
Safe range is prob 4-10 not to put a number on it. It’s possible 10-15 just donot think we do that yet maybe for 26 season.
Just that there’s four good centers two way players there in top 5/10 depending on who picks who. Top 3 picks prob not. Bein in the 4 5 6 spot means prob stay at same number with higher teams getting ping pong balls.
Still see other bottom teams having more top prospects ready before us/they have been worse for longer than us. Teams like ARI CLB already have those ufa good players. We could see 4th or 10th seems like a wide range could be.
Just would like a dang good player center two player with the top 5/10 pick.
If ping pong balls happen that’s one thing but hopefully KD lives up to his words and the days of trying to finish at the bottom of the standings and the bs that comes with it are behind us, being able to start watching a competitive climb up the standings is the plan next year.
There’s four good centers and two way players in top 5 25 draft maybe we can get one of those players.
Traded Canes for their 3rd this year and gave them a 3rd next year in return.
That’s what we want three four yrs ago think about tomorrow.
These players being ready in five yrs right when we need want them to be.
Waves with a s.
How did we get the extra 3rd pick.
Spellacy like Vanacker will go back to Chl for next 2 years and can sign elcs and slide if they want. Mustard will spend a couple of years at least in Ncaa. Pridham indicated he was going back to Bchl next year and then to Ncaa, so could be 4 or 5 years before he signs elc. The last 2 long shots for elcs, have 4 yrs with Svensson to decide and Henry 2 years but could end up with Ahl deal after Chl time up to give him a longer look.
The only ones this draft who likely be impact players in Nhl in next 5 years are Levshinov, who either signs elc and goes to Rfd., more available for hands on development. He could also go back to Ncaa for another season and sign elc in spring and burn an elc yrar then, which i kinda expect he’ll do. Boisvert will spend a year quite possibly like Moore and Naxar, a couple of years in Ncaa before signing an elc and be close to Nhl ready at that point.
Would like to have had more picks for 20 21 drafts.
Guess we prob could have had coup, eyes of picks and still got top 3 picks these few yrs.
Oupps
Also like Spellacy game with a fast, strong body . And love 💗 to hit and punish opponents.
He can be playing in Rockford in 2 years .
Hawks did a 👏 good job specially with the 2 first pick.
I didn’t get Yakemchuk or Pareck but that’s what hapend when you don’t own 3-4 picks in top 10.
Now it’s time for Free Agent signing. Let see who will have the chance 🍀 to play 🍀 for the Hawks
Not that we planned the timing to get the next Gretzky Kane of the league we started it on the right yr.
Now lets keep rolling with stockpiling this young talent and see —- WHO Wants to be an NHL Player !!!!!!
Lets go Blackhawks !!!!!
Sad we didn’t start this project of a rebuild a few years sooner !
